"We reached out to inquire about getting our two walk-in closets redone. We had our original white wire rack in both closets which worked, but could be better. When we reached out, we got a quick response and had our first appointment which was to get measurements of our closets within a couple days. They were extremely professional and personable the entire time. We then waited for the next appointment, which was to come into the shop and go over our designs and pick what we wanted to add. They have a bunch of examples in their shop so you can get hands on with everything. Something that I really enjoyed because it's good to see/feel how things operate that you're spending money on. This process was quick and easy. Once we licked everything out, we heard from Greg, who is the owner, about scheduling our closet builds. They were very accommodating to our needs as well when it came time to scheduling. Upon arrival, Greg came in and introduced himself and was extremely professional. He also had someone come to help him and he was just as professional and courteous. It took them about 5-6 hours to complete our two closets. Upon completion, Greg vacuumed each closet, our bedroom and the hallway where they walked in and out. Overall, we had a great experience with Greg and his team. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We love our closets and Greg and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do an upgrade to their closet, or anything else around their house that Greg works on."
